  • Booking Information

    • Admission discounts cannot be combined, and valid documentation (passport, student ID, etc.) is required.
    • Final prices are confirmed at booking.
    • Online booking is available 30 days before the visit, with a limit of up to five tickets per person.
    • On-site ticketing is also available on the day of the visit if seats are still available.
    • Group booking is not available to ensure a quiet, peaceful visit.
    • No refunds are available for cancellations made within 1 day of the visit.
    • Cancellations made 2 days prior will incur a 30% fee, while cancellations made 3 or more days prior are fully refundable.

Important Information

  • Prohibited Items

    • Matches, lighters, food, baby wagons, toys, large umbrellas, alcohol, mats, tents, shade structures, cooking tools, collection tools, tripods(selfie stick tripods included), balls, scooters, drones, and other items that may inconvenience others are not allowed.

  • Facilities & Smoking Areas

    • Food consumption is permitted only in designated areas. Smoking is prohibited throughout all areas, including the parking lot.

    • Médongaule is mostly an outdoor space. If weather conditions make it difficult to visit, notifications will be provided.
